If you are going through an in-network plan, we will bill your insurance for you and take care of any prior authorization requests.
Your payment card on file is automatically charged your statement balance at the end of the month. We mail out statements only as a courtesy.
If you do not have a payment card on file, you can message us below to request an emailed invoice where you can provide payment online (recommended).
You can also call our front desk at 206-905-8575 to provide your payment information over the phone.
