Velocity Physiotherapy uses an app-based home exercise program called Theracentric.

Through the app, your therapist can video record the exercises you do during your in-person session to then upload to your private Theracentric account. You'll receive reminders to do your exercises and be able to watch yourself doing them correctly as instructed by your therapist.

As our patient, you will automatically be given access to this app. It is completely up to you whether or not you want to use it.

Theracentric is HIPAA-compliant, so only you would be able to see your exercise videos.

There is no cost for our patients to use Theracentric.
