For Physical Therapy, the cost of an Initial Evaluation can range from $250-300, depending on the duration and complexity of your visit. A Standard Follow-up appointment costs around $175. We offer a 30% discount for self-pay patients.

Comprehensive Dance & Sports Assessments are not covered by insurance. The total cost of these services is $250, due at the time of service.

Bike Fitting is only covered by insurance if a referring provider deems it medically necessary. The total cost of one Bike Fitting session is $275, due at time of service if insurance does not cover it.

Coverage depends upon your medical provider and the specific plan that you have chosen. We recommend contacting your insurance company to determine the following information:
